Impressions of the student from Sultanate of Oman

My name is Mohammed Yahya. I am undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering at Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. I have been working at “Institute Mihailo Pupin - IMP-Telecommunications“ for 6 weeks as an intern. During that period, I have seen how active the company is in the embedded systems development and research, and realized that only that way engineers can gain strong professional skills. With the help of colleagues I managed to gain a lot of information and knowledge, and to improve my technical and practical experience by actively participating in the development of one of the automated test systems.

I am really impressed with Serbia, with all friendly people and interesting places to visit.  I would also like to thank to my supervisor Mirjana Stojilovic for all the help during my internship period.

Thanks to everybody at the “Institute Mihailo Pupin”. My best regards to all Serbian people.

Mohammed Yahya Khalfan Al-Shuaili
